Color Guard

The color guard team presents our nations colors during special events, games,and ceremonies at Chamblee High School. You must be able to march and drill excellently in order to be selected to perform a color guard.
Drill/Exhibition Drill Team

The drill team performs original drill routines, led by their respective commanders. to be on one of these teams you must be excellent at drill and marching with or without a rifle.
Academic Bowl
The JROTC Academic Bowl tests Cadets on their knowledge by using SAT/ACT-type questions in the areas of JROTC curriculum, English, math and science. One of the main goals of the JROTC Academic Bowl is to prepare students for state exit/graduation exams as well as college entrance exams, such as the SAT and ACT.
Raider Team

The raider team is very demanding physically and mentally, as it develop skill for working as a team, communication, leadership, as well as physical and mental strength.
Flag Detail
Every morning at 7:45 AM, the flag detail marches out to post the American and Georgian flags on the flag pole in front of the school building.
Leadership Bowl
The JROTC Leadership Bowl tests Cadets on their knowledge by hands- on and interactive learning. One of the main goals of the JROTC Leadership Bowl is to challenge students to think outside the box and encourage them to discover and utilize their leadership styles.
